Start your next chapter in style

As women we often naturally look after others before looking after ourselves, often demoting ourselves to the bottom of our to do list. But when we don’t fuel ourselves properly, when we don’t get enough sleep, when we don’t exercise appropriately and manage our stress efficiently, our bodies struggle to function optimally. Hormones get disrupted and perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms can be made worse.

Let’s make this next chapter of your life more about YOUR health and wellbeing. This will give you more energy and allow you to sparkle through your next chapter.

Empowered Menopause 12-week programme

Embark on a 12-week health coaching journey designed to help you shine through the menopause transition. Together, we’ll look at how to nourish and support both your mind and body with a holistic approach to hormone health.

We will look at your symptoms in detail during an initial 90 minute consultation, and then tailor make the next 12 weeks to guide you through your health transformation.

Each week you’ll receive engaging learning materials, delicious recipes, calming meditations, and more. All tailored to empower you on this transformative path.

Positive food mindset 8-week programme

Learn to love the skin you’re in with this 8 week positive food mindset programme, designed to help you reconnect with your body and inspire you to never need to go on a diet again.

When we restrict ourselves in order to adhere to a diet, it creates an anxious mindset towards food, and food is the one thing that we cannot live without. So if we have an anxious relationship with it, it is going to affect our overall physical and mental health on a daily basis.

This 8 week course is designed to change your mindset towards food and bring more goodness into your life rather restrict and take out.

I don’t believe we need to count calories or weigh foods because I don’t believe that food should be numerical.

Foods have properties, whether that be that they’re anti-inflammatory or inflammatory, blood sugar spiking or not blood sugar spiking, gut friendly or not gut friendly and so on…

So rather than assigning numbers to foods, let’s look at the properties they carry and look at how those properties make us feel. This is how we can start to reconnect with both food and our bodies again.

Gut Health 4-week programme

Join me on a 4-week programme designed to improve your gut health.

Gut health describes the activity of your entire gastrointestinal tract, which starts with your mouth and ends with your anus.  It is much more than just the stomach.

Signs of poor gut health may include symptoms such as reflux / heartburn, bloating, discomfort, constipation and/or diarrhoea, as well as fatigue, anxiety, body aches and depression.

Having poor gut health can mean that you don’t absorb as much of the nutrients that you need, from the food that you eat.  It can also lead to overgrowths of certain bacteria  that can affect your overall wellbeing and add to bloating and discomfort.

As we head into perimenopause and continue through the menopause transition, lowering oestrogen and progesterone levels have a negative affect on our gut health and can create issues that you may not have experienced before.  If this sounds like you, this is completely normal, and these issues can be improved with gentle changes to diet and daily eating habits.

Community In Focus

When you invest in a programme you also donate to a wonderful group of women who have set up ‘Roman Hill - Neighbourhood Nurturers’.

These women have got together and made it their mission to make their deprived neighbourhood ‘a cleaner, safer and more pleasant place to live.’

They ‘encourage and support residents by providing information as well as helping everyone make the changes they want to see happen in their area.’

10% of all programme fees will go toward this initiative.

Sometimes, as women, it can be difficult to invest money, energy and time into ourselves. We are often positioned at the bottom of the pile and feel guilty when we focus our money and energy on ourselves, when at the same time we do a lot of nurturing for others.

With ‘Community In Focus’, it is not only about us. Let’s do what naturally feels good and help others while we help ourselves!
